Work has begun on the first floor of the Life Education Center, where the Nursery & Preschool Ministry will be relocated. Most of what has been done is structural, with channels being created for plumbing and walls being shortened to make room for bathrooms. Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of how things are progressing.

This is the view down the hallway toward the Fellowship Hall. |

Part of the wall is removed between the baby and toddler rooms to make room for windows and a restroom. |
 |
Portions of walls for the preschool rooms have been removed to make room for adjoining restrooms. |
 |
Channels are cut for plumbing in the toddler room. |
This is almost kinda sad to me, as so many high school memories happened in and around that hallway and in those former classrooms. But it will be very exciting to see it used for the nursery and preschool area when it's finished.
